Under its flagship\u00a0<strong>\u201cMala Saree\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0brand, is entering the capital markets with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the\u00a0<strong>BSE SME<\/strong>\u00a0platform. The company is tapping the capital markets with a\u00a0<strong>100% fresh issue<\/strong>\u00a0IPO of up to\u00a0<strong>27 lakh equity shares<\/strong>\u00a0of face value of \u20b9 10 each on the BSE SME platform, aiming to raise\u00a0<strong>\u20b9 18.90 crore<\/strong>\u00a0at a price band of\u00a0<strong>\u20b966 \u2013 \u20b970 per share<\/strong>\u00a0(lot size: minimum 4000 shares and in multiples of 2000 equity shares thereafter).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proceeds from the Fresh Issue are proposed to be utilised towards meeting the Company\u2019s working capital requirements and for general corporate purposes.
