This is the\u00a0 greenfield petroleum oil terminal for which Repono signed a 20-year agreement with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) in May 2026. Under that agreement, Repono will handle the full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) scope and then take complete responsibility for the terminal\u2019s Operations and Maintenance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A Key Regulatory Milestone, Achieved Quickly<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approval of the Engineering Scale Plan is one of the most important regulatory steps for a rail-linked terminal, because it finalises the track layout and rail connectivity design with the Railways.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Company will now complete the remaining formalities under the GCT Policy-2026 to begin construction.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Project Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rail-Fed Fuel Infrastructure:<\/strong> A modern terminal for automated bulk receipt, storage and handling of Motor Spirit (Petrol), High-Speed Diesel and Ethanol, with direct rail connectivity through Ajhai station<\/li>\n<li><strong>Anchored by a Long-Term Contract:<\/strong> Backed by the 20-year, multi-crore agreement with Reliance Industries Limited covering the full EPC and O&amp;M lifecycle<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-User Facility:<\/strong> Will serve RIL and also offer midstream capacity to other private and PSU Oil Marketing Companies<\/li>\n<li><strong>Strategic Location:<\/strong> Positioned to supply the growing automotive and industrial demand across western Uttar Pradesh<\/li>\n<li><strong>Timeline:<\/strong> Commercial operations are targeted within 36 months of commencement of the EPC phase.
