The Company is set to register <strong>revenue of approx. over \u20b9200 Cr<\/strong>, compared to <strong>\u20b9156.43 Cr in Q2 FY26<\/strong>, representing <strong>growth of over 30% YoY<\/strong>. Total sales volumes stood at <strong>32,028 MT<\/strong>, compared to <strong>24,855 MT in Q2 FY26<\/strong>, reflecting growth of approximately <strong>28.86% YoY<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Operational Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reduction in Cost of Borrowing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>During the period, the Company successfully negotiated a <strong>reduction of approximately 450 basis points in the rate of interest with its existing lender<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Company has also raised <strong>additional need-based funds<\/strong> to support its growing business requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Future Direction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Capacity Utilisation &amp; Scale-Up<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company is targeting <strong>55\u201360% rolling mill utilisation in FY27<\/strong>, compared with approximately <strong>51\u201352% in FY26<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The Company also intends to <strong>progressively scale up utilisation of its steel melting shop<\/strong>, in line with operating requirements and business growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Product Mix &amp; Margin Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company will continue to focus on <strong>value-added products and margin optimisation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>It intends to maintain a <strong>judicious product mix between stainless steel and TMT bars<\/strong>, thereby reducing dependence on any single product category while retaining flexibility based on market demand and margins.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Value-Added Product Expansion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company is evaluating <strong>upgradation of the steel melting shop at its existing Ghaziabad facility<\/strong>, with a focus on expanding its <strong>value-added products portfolio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ABOUT RATHI STEEL AND POWER LIMITED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rathi Steel and Power Limited (RSPL), headquartered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, is a leading manufacturer of stainless steel and mild steel long products.
