{"id":33401,"date":"2026-10-27T17:13:27","date_gmt":"2026-10-27T11:43:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wowentrepreneurs.in\/index.php\/2026\/10\/27\/raymond-q2-profit-surges-130-to-rs-32-crore-revenue-rises-24-to-rs-655-crore\/"},"modified":"2026-10-27T17:13:27","modified_gmt":"2026-10-27T11:43:27","slug":"raymond-q2-profit-surges-130-to-rs-32-crore-revenue-rises-24-to-rs-655-crore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wowentrepreneurs.in\/index.php\/2026\/10\/27\/raymond-q2-profit-surges-130-to-rs-32-crore-revenue-rises-24-to-rs-655-crore\/","title":{"rendered":"Raymond Q2 Profit Surges 130% to Rs 32 Crore; Revenue Rises 24% to Rs 655 Crore"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], October 27:<\/strong><\/strong> Raymond Limited reported a sharp improvement in its financial performance for the second quarter of FY27, with <strong>consolidated net profit rising 130% year-on-year to \u20b932 crore<\/strong>, compared with \u20b913.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenue from operations increased <strong>24% to \u20b9655.16 crore<\/strong> during the July\u2013September quarter, against \u20b9527.69 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting growth in the company\u2019s business operations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company\u2019s operating performance also strengthened, with earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) climbing <strong>74.4% to \u20b975 crore<\/strong> from \u20b943 crore a year earlier. <strong>EBITDA margin expanded to 11.5%<\/strong>, compared with 8.14% in the corresponding quarter last year, indicating improved operating profitability.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total income for the quarter stood at <strong>\u20b9683.22 crore<\/strong>, reflecting an increase over the previous year\u2019s corresponding period.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meanwhile, Raymond shares ended Tuesday\u2019s trading session <strong>2.56% higher at \u20b91,079.10 on the BSE<\/strong>, compared with their previous closing price of \u20b91,052.15.
