New Delhi [India], October 27:<\/strong> GAMP Services Limited<\/strong>, an integrated validation, qualification, compliance consulting and engineering solutions company catering primarily to regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical and high-tech industries, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP)<\/strong> with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)<\/strong> for its proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The proposed IPO comprises an issue of up to 46,93,500 equity shares having a face value of \u20b910 each<\/strong>, consisting of a Fresh Issue of up to 31,93,500 equity shares<\/strong> and an Offer for Sale of up to 15,00,000 equity shares<\/strong>, through the Book Building Process.<\/p>\n

The Objects of the Issue<\/h4>\n

  1. Funding capital expenditure<\/strong> towards purchase of equipment and IT hardware for our services and data logger manufacturing verticals<\/li>\n
  2. Funding inorganic growth<\/strong> through unidentified acquisitions and general corporate purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Valmiki Leela Capital Private Limited<\/strong> has been appointed as the Book Running Lead Manager<\/strong> to the Issue, while Bigshare Services Private Limited<\/strong> has been appointed as the Registrar<\/strong> to the offer.<\/p>\n

    GAMP Services Limited<\/strong> is engaged in providing integrated validation, qualification, compliance consulting and engineering solutions, primarily catering to regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical and high-tech industries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The Company operates across three complementary business verticals comprising Services, Product Distribution and Data Logger Manufacturing<\/strong>. Its Services vertical includes Thermal Validation, Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), Clean Room Validation, Computer System Validation (CSV) & Data Integrity, and Bio-Decontamination Services<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Under its Product Distribution<\/strong> vertical, the Company acts as an authorised channel partner for 9 global Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)<\/strong>, distributing specialised instrumentation. Additionally, the Company manufactures indigenously developed Data Logger systems<\/strong> integrated with \u201cFacility One\u201d<\/strong>, a proprietary 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software platform<\/strong> developed by its subsidiary.<\/p>\n

    Originally incorporated on August 3, 2020<\/strong>, the Company commenced commercial operations on December 28, 2020<\/strong>. Pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement dated March 31, 2026<\/strong>, it acquired the entire business of M\/s. GAMP Services<\/strong>, a partnership firm established in 2016<\/strong>, as a going concern. The Company\u2019s registered office is in Vadodara, Gujarat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Financial Performance<\/h3>\n

    For the financial year ended March 31, 2026<\/strong>, GAMP Services Limited<\/strong> reported Total Income of \u20b94,605.37 Lakhs<\/strong>, EBITDA of \u20b91518.35 Lakhs<\/strong> and Restated Profit After Tax (PAT) of \u20b91096.77 Lakhs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
